- Hair ornaments such as beads, barrettes, covered rubber bands and ribbons are for the adorning of their crowns. (Note: Never use rubber bands on hair. Rubber bands cause breakage and damage. Be cautious when using small barrettes in the styling of small children. They may cause a choking hazard.)
